History
Steve Siegel opened his Wilmington law office in 1990, and Ryan Rhodenhiser started with the firm in 2005. The attorneys created the firm of Siegel & Rhodenhiser, PLLC in 2011 as part of their common desire to provide the best in real estate, business, and estate planning legal service to Wilmington and the surrounding region.

After working in corporate management for a number of years following law school, Steve opened his first law office in Vermont in 1974. Following a move to Pinehurst, Steve opened his first North Carolina law office in 1979. Steve practiced law in Pinehurst from 1979-1991, which included an overlap with his Wilmington office which opened in 1990. Since 1990, Steve has practiced in Wilmington with a primary focus on business, estate planning, and real estate law.

Ryan Rhodenhiser
From an early age, Ryan knew he wanted to be a lawyer and help people. Since moving to Wilmington in 2005, Ryan has represented clients in some of the most significant periods of their lives - first homes, new business ventures, and planning for children just to name a few. Making client dreams a reality drives Ryan each day. He currently resides in Wilmington, NC with his wife, Brittany, son, Rhett, and black lab, Riley.
